Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. We ship most orders via FedEX ground. Shipping then takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location. For orders that are too large or bulky for FedEX we ship via a Freight Line Service. Freight companies typically assess extra fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or redeliveries. We only ship orders placed on our website to the lower 48 states. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and private mail boxing facilities. Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return that item to us for within 60 days of purchase. All product returns are eligible for ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY. Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned to us. Please contact customer service at (888) 875-9929 for a Return Merchandise Authorization and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the item to us. Non defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. CARRCO Imaging Products is not responsible for the reshipment or refund of any order that has been signed for upon delivery.
