Material Authorization (RMA)

Defective
product return:
1)
CARRCO will issue you a 5 digit RMA# verbally then
will fax you an RMA form confirmation. Attach a copy of the
RMA to the outside of the shipping box containing the defective
product you are returning.
PLEASE
NOTE: Credit Will Not Be Issued For Products Returned Without
An RMA # On The Outside Of The Box.
2) CARRCO
will send you a replacement product along with an invoice
charging you for the replacement.
3) After
we receive the returned product with the RMA# we will then
inspect it. If we determine it is defective, we will issue
you a credit for the invoice that accompanied the replacement
product.
4) You
must send the product you want to return back to us within
15 calendar days of the date we issue you the RMA# or no credit
will be given.
Returning
product ordered in error:
1. CARRCO
will issue you a 5 digit RMA# verbally then will fax
you an RMA form confirmation. Attach a copy of the RMA to
the outside of the shipping box containing the product you
are returning.
2. Returned merchandise is subject to 20% restocking
fee
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping
expense.
4. Returned
product must be in resellable condition i.e.: package not
written on, nor package torn.
